LaunchBox Digital has now formally opened applications for the Fall 2010 session to be held in Durham, NC.   It’s easy to get started as you can save your answers and come back later to edit or augment what you have started.

Apply now to be eligible for Early Deadline (May 31, 2010).  This is a great deal as you can find out in about 4 weeks whether you made the initial cut and then plan out the next 6-7 months.

Thanks to the 70+ who showed up last week for our 2nd event.  Hosted over at Bronto and sponsored by CED – the informal meetup brought together those interested in software entrepreneurship.

Merrill Mason from Smith Anderson spoke for a few minutes on the importance of setting up your legal docs the right way the first time out.  Well done Merrill!

And we added a little twist to foster some co-founder speed dating.
